With a strong sense of morals, the Youth of Bharat Scouts and Guides are now becoming change makers through U-Report India Platform. U-Report India entered into a partnership with Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) in April 2020. Since then, more than 100K (1 Lakh) BSG members have enrolled in U-Report India and still counting.
Thousands of BSG Volunteers advocate U-Report India and engage more youth on U-Report. The members range from staff members to leaders, from different parts of India, actively interacting with different activities by U-Report India. BSG U-Report India has participation of more than 60% female who are actively participating in the U-Report Interactions.
BSG has a separate Leaderboard where the top BSG U-Reporters are listed, and ranked according to their U-Points. And every year, TOP BSG U-REPORTERS are selected who receive gifts from U-Report India. These selected U-Reporters have not only participated in different interactions of U-Report actively, but also signed up hundreds of Youth on the U-Report India Platform. The TOP BSG U-REPORTERS are then promoted on U-Report India Social Media Websites (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) along with the U-Report India Official Website.
The most recent interaction, International Day of Girl Child Quiz, 2021 was drafted, translated and promoted by the BSG Youth Volunteers who gave hours of their time to create an engaging Quiz for all U-Reporters. A U-Report Task Force (U-Ambassadors) is created to engage the BSG Volunteers on different tasks while building their capacity, so that BSG has a self-sustaining team for their content creation.
