In Nagpur, Maharashtra, U-Ambassador Dimpal Goplani has made a significant impact on the U-Report India community since 2020. Her dedication led to her recognition as the most valued U-Reporter of 2022 and a driving force for empowerment and positive change.
Dimpal's journey started at the Jhulelal Institute of Technology in Nagpur, where she promoted awareness and empowerment through U-Report India.
She had the support of Ms. Sampada Mashirkar, a teacher who played a crucial role in organizing and ensuring the success of the event.
The event attracted 30-40 students interested in U-Report India's educational and empowering aspects, kickstarting their journey toward greater awareness and advocacy.
Dimpal's event inspired 20 students to become U-Reporters themselves, ready to contribute to positive change.
Dimpal's advocacy covered various campaigns, including Fundoo tasks, mental health awareness, climate change initiatives, and women's empowerment. She stressed the importance of English-speaking skills and career guidance to empower the youth and encourage participation in impactful U-Report India campaigns.

NEW EVENT:
On the occasion of Children's Day, 14th November, Dimpal arranged a U-Report India advocacy event on Google Meet.
The session was organized for friends and Neighbours [students from classes 8 to 12].
40-50 students joined the session out of which 30 students to become U-Reporters.
