U-Ambassador, Garvesh Rajput, a student at Government Graduate College Hata in Madhya Pradesh has been actively promoting U-Report India as a platform for skilling and career development among his fellow students. On Monday, October 23, 2023, he organized a program in his college with the support of his NSS Program Officer Mr. Jeevanlal Kurmi and his college principal Dr. PK Dhaka. The program was attended by about 260 students who were curious to know about U-Report India and its benefits.
Garvesh introduced himself as a U-Ambassador and explained what U-Report India is and how it can help them to learn new skills, get career guidance, participate in surveys, voice their opinions, and earn rewards by completing tasks. He also showed them a success story of a previous program that he had organized in another college which was featured on the website of U-Report India.
The students were impressed by Garvesh’s presentation and expressed their interest in joining U-Report India. Garvesh helped them to register on the platform using their mobile phones or by noting down his referral ID for later use. He then guided them to complete one of the tasks on life skill and career guidance which gave them U-Points.
The students were happy with their experience and thanked Garvesh for introducing them to such a useful platform. They also expressed their eagerness to complete more tasks and learn more from U-Report India.
Garvesh Rajput is an example of how young people can use technology to empower themselves and others by accessing relevant information and opportunities through platforms like U-Report India. He hopes to inspire more students to join him as U-Ambassadors and make a positive difference in their communities.
