Do you think that physical health can be affected directly by your Mental Health?

If your answer is “NO”, you will be surprised to know that:

The Hindustan Times reports on the findings of the National Mental Health Survey, which reveals the prevalence and severity of various mental health problems in India. It also discusses the challenges and gaps in addressing the growing mental health crisis in the country.

U-Report India launched its first Mental Health chat bot in 2021, and there has been 4 more different releases that is helping young people the need to explore the Mental Health Wellbeing universe.

In one of those chatbots. over 14,000 U-Reporters wanted to know how to start talking about mental health. And around the same number wanted to learn how to share what's going on in their heads.

Another, 33000 young people wanted to know how they can manage their stress.

Around 81% of young U-Reporters said that the information I received through the chatbot helped me take better care of my mental well-being.

90% of the U-Reporters wanted to hear more about building greater self-acceptance, challenging stereotypes, and get tips on talking about mental health.
