U-Ambassador Sanket is a champion for Student Empowerment

U-Ambassador Sanket Balasaheb Phasate, participated in the referral competition, which sparked his interest in how he could use his advocacy to bring more young people on U-Report India so that they can also learn and grow in their careers.

Sanket started his outreach through phone calls. He was able to pinpoint the issues were in which different youth were interested in issues like mental health, English learning and skilling and he was able to pitch them the U-Report India platform based on their preference.

To reach a wider audience, he contacted student representatives from various colleges and formed a network. This strategy proved successful, and within a few days, he was able to connect more than 500 students to U-Report India through phone calls.

Phasate’s efforts as a U-Ambassador have had a significant impact on many students’ lives, and he expresses his gratitude to U-Report India for providing him with this opportunity.

NEW Event

Sanket Balasaheb Phasate, a U-Ambassador from Maharashtra, organized a referral and advocacy campaign program at Chandraroop Dakale Jain College of Commerce in Shrirampur. The program was part of U-Report India’s initiative to empower students and address their issues.

The event was hosted by the college and the NSS team, and guided by the NSS district organizer Dr. Sayyad. The event attracted more than 500 students, who learned about U-Report India and its benefits. Phasate gave an introduction of U-Report India and explained how it could help students with contemporary issues, climate change, personal hygiene, and mission life. He also informed them about the certificates, invitations, opportunities, and gifts they could receive through U-Report India. He encouraged them to work at a good level and get published on the official website and gain social attraction.

Phasate faced some challenges before organizing the event, such as getting permission from the principal, who asked for his identity card as a U-Ambassador. He also had to handle the crowd during the event.

The event was successful in connecting more than 500 students to U-Report India through Phasate’s referral ID. The participants were interested and engaged in the program, and asked questions and gave suggestions. The event also created a buzz among the college students about U-Report India.
